OLR Blended MBTI - SYNERGY
Blended Learning is the combination of various teaching
strategies in conjunction with Instructor led training
to obtain the best learning outcome. Research conducted
by the Harvard Business School reports that Blended
Learning is taking the place of the classical classroom
approach and that people learn up to five times more
than the classical approach.
The basis of SYNERGY is the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator) with its strong foundation of research
and user experience coupled with the strengths that
the experiential process provides to understand ones
own preferences and that of people around us. The combination
of the classical with the experiential provides for
a lasting impact in understanding of type and its manifestations.
The Online administration of the MBTI has made the delivery
of SYNERGY possible with the entire duration
of the program focusing on only the preferences that
people exhibit and their interplay. With adequate time
for activities and role-plays around the central preferences
of the MBTI; Energy orientations, Information
orientation, Decision making orientations and Outer
world orientations, SYNERGY gives the opportunity to
the participants to understand the dynamic nature of
type and how type is actually an organic entity like
the humans themselves and not just the letters that
they stand for. The approach of this program is for
the participants to contribute to their own development
that in turn paves the way for the development of the
group at large.
The deliverables of this program contribute to Improving
Communication, Dealing With Conflict, Enhancing Problem
Solving And Decision Making, Planning Implementing And
Managing Organizational Change, Recognizing And Managing
Stress amongst others that in turn are useful in meeting
many organizational objectives.
