Leadership is an art, with method. The FIRE approach to leadership is something that goes beyond simple cause and effect. The various attributes that go into making a good leader are well known. FIRE focuses on the interplay of these attributes and how to nurture an environment that ensures that the growth and development of a team and its leader.
The essence of this program is in showing the participants all the facets of behavior dynamics that affect any team and how a hand on experience on issues of leadership and how does each individual approach issues of leadership. A critical aspect of FIRE is the development of Situational & Competence leadership.

A FIRE leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.


This 3-day module takes the participants through the various stages of team development and more critically the issues that they have to face as leaders from time to time. As demonstrated by the cornerstones of FIRE, there is interplay of a variety of issues that need to be addressed and looked at. The approach here is to attune the participants to the basics and them use experiential activities to help them apply some of these concepts and internalize the process so that the takeaways from the program can be incorporated away from the setting of the program.

Goal Setting & Full Value Contract
Challenge by choice
Leadership Orientation

Experiential Activities:
Assembly Line Theme, Energizers, Keypunch, Pipe Dreams, and Great Divide.

Day 2:
Competence & Situational Leadership - Orienteering

Experiential Activities:
What's my position, Minefield, raft building & racing, Victory tower
Orienteering Exercise
Toolbox & Review

Day 3:
Goal Check in

Experiential Activities:
Goal Retrieval, Wind in the willows
Closure
