Conflict Resolution: PEACE

Participative Environment Action Co-option Empowerment

The objective of PEACE is to orient participants with conflict as a positive force and not perceive it as having negative connotations, in both personal and professional environments. The approach road thus leads to the assessment of predominant conflict management style(s).

The PEACE approach is not to emphasize on being emphatically right or wrong on a singular thought process. The module exemplifies, dealing with conflict is similar to creating a culture in which it is acknowledged and supported as a natural part of the growing process.
