This program is often used as a substitute, or even

as "task related" material instead
of "people related" Do they care about
me as a tool for business or am I important as a person
also? Can individual personal growth be a valued asset
towards company success?
By looking at these basic questions and showing through
a experiential learning format that infect
" I do make a difference", a setting of teamwork
and trust develops.
