Rakesh Jain
Human can't know their limit until they are exposed to challenges of Nature & Adventure. Rakesh always work on these lines. He know the core issue of Adventure and its importance in developing human traits.

Rakesh has an active interest in behavior dynamics. His vast experience in the adventure playfields of the Himalayas coupled with insights into the mechanisms of the human mind have seen him develop and design a vast number of training modules over the last 5 years.
His specialty lies in using the outdoors as a medium to communicate complex and difficult ideas making them fun while improving the learning curve.

Team building is his forte and has conducted programs for a diverse profile of teams ranging from manufacturing to software professionals.

He has handled many training programs for companies like UNICEF, ING Vysya Life Insurance, AVTEC Ltd., Geologistic, CSC India, Airtel, Dainik Bhaskar, NCMSL, IDEA Cellular, Standard Chartered Bank, Onida, IIM-I… etc.

He established "Outdoor Learning Resources" an Outbound training Company for developing real work force.

Rakesh is a B.E. in Production Engineering from Nagpur University, Visiting faculty of behavioral science, trained Mountaineer from Western Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Manali and has worked with Prestige, Bajaj and Swina International, Myanmar.


Tamal Bhatia
With the belief that people are the strength in any organization, Tamal is constantly looking at improving people dynamics and thus making a difference to the way people view themselves and others.
Straddling experiential education with conventional forms of organizational training Tamal's approach is to innovate and draw from individuals' own experiences to make an impact. He has traveled extensively all over the country and abroad which has enabled him to interact with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds. His primary interests lie in making individuals realize their potential and thus improve their productivity.
Tamal is a qualified practitioner of the Meyer Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI® from the Association of Psychological Type (APT), USA. He has also attended Experiential Programming and Facilitation Workshops with Project Adventure, USA. He has been facilitating training programs for the last 3 years.

Tamal has worked with Blue Dart Express Ltd. and Data Access. He is an MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Bhaskar Thyagarajan
In a world where the only thing constant is change, Bhaskar has successfully donned many hats from being a research specialist to corporate training consultant. His stints with Advertising & communications at Lowe India (formerly Lintas Advertising) & ESPN Star Sports into media research has given him a solid grounding in consumer behavior and group dynamics.

Today Bhaskar has logged innumerable number of hours as a trainer who gets to the core issues and innovates to provide the participants with a real and relatable experience. He also specializes in bringing perfect correlations to the participants from activities that are fun and very stimulating.

Bhaskar also specializes in the Blended Learning approach that merges the cognitive with the experiential to produce a multiplier effect in the training process.
Bhaskar is also a qualified Cost accountant (Grad CWA) and an Advertising communications major from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and has worked with ESPN Star Sports and Lintas Advertising.
